I recently made these for a group dinner and received rave reviews.
2 Cups Oats
1/2 Cup Flour
3 T Sugar
1 t Baking Soda
1 t Baking Powder
1/2 t Salt
2 1/2 Cups Buttermilk
2 Eggs
1/4 Cup Butter
1 t Vanilla
Whisk buttermilk, eggs, butter and vanilla in a bowl. Add to dry ingredients. Allow to thicken for at least two hours.
